We specialize in full-process production of bathroom showers, shower faucets and bathroom hardware for global OEM/ODM clients, covering mold R&D, parts molding, precision processing, surface treatment, assembly, quality inspection and custom services, equipped with professional workshops, advanced precision processes and bulk order supply capacity.
The production process starts with the Mold Workshop for professional mold R&D and precision processing to match shower and faucet components. In the basic processing stage, the Hardware Processing Workshop finishes metal blanks (for shower heads, faucets and bathroom hardware) through cutting, stamping, sheet metal bending, as well as precision machining (CNC Milling, EDM, EDD, thread turning); the Injection Molding Machine Workshop produces high-quality plastic accessories, followed by the Plastic Polishing Workshop for deburring and smoothing to ensure assembly fitness.
Metal parts then enter the irreversible hardware surface post-processing stage: Sand Blasting Workshop (surface pretreatment to enhance coating adhesion) → metal polishing → Electroplating Production Workshop (chrome/nickel plating for sleek surface finishing, popular in global sanitary ware market) → PVD Workshop (high-end wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant coating for premium bathroom hardware). The Electroplated Coating Cross Hatch Test is conducted to ensure stable coating adhesion and long service life.
The assembly line integrates processed metal and plastic parts into finished showers, shower faucets and complete bathroom hardware sets. All products undergo strict quality inspections before delivery: Core Performance Test,Shower Faucet Splash Test and Shower Performance Test, focusing on water-saving function, water pressure stability and leak-proof performance to ensure qualified quality and meet international sanitary ware standards.
The Shower Test & Display Hall provides on-site water testing, custom sample trials and product demonstration for global clients. We offer full-process OEM & ODM services (supporting logo customization and packaging design) to meet the personalized customization needs of global sanitary ware buyers, importers and distributors.
